What members say

Experience of intake, shipping, and care-team follow-up — not a promise of results.

The intake was fast and a real clinician actually reviewed my plan. I never felt like I was filling out a form into a void.

The gym storefront made it feel like part of training, not a random pharmacy tab I would never open again.

Eligibility check was free and I was not charged until a clinician prescribed. That removed the last reason to stall.

Why people choose this

Treats a measurable problem

Because diagnosis rests on labs, you and your clinician can see whether treatment is actually doing what it should.

Symptom relief where deficiency is the cause

When low testosterone is genuinely behind low energy, low libido, or mood changes, correcting it often helps. When it is not the cause, treatment will not fix it.

Monitored, not just prescribed

Follow-up labs track your testosterone alongside red blood cell count and prostate markers where indicated, so problems are caught early.

Adjusted over time

Your clinician can change the dose or route based on your results and how you tolerate it.

Results vary. Nothing here is a promise of an outcome or of a prescription.

Good to know

If your body is not producing enough testosterone, replacement brings your level back into a normal range. That is the whole mechanism. It is a correction of a measured deficiency, which is why diagnosis depends on bloodwork rather than how you feel, and why staying on it means staying monitored.

Testosterone is a controlled substance and is prescribed only for a diagnosed medical indication. It is not prescribed for athletic performance, bodybuilding, or general anti-aging. Replacement suppresses sperm production and is not appropriate if you are trying to conceive.

  • Known or suspected prostate cancer
  • Male breast cancer
  • Untreated severe obstructive sleep apnea
  • Elevated hematocrit or polycythemia above the clinician's threshold
  • Actively trying to conceive — testosterone suppresses sperm production
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possible pregnancy in a household member exposed to topical forms
  • Elevated PSA or a family history of prostate cancer
  • Heart failure, recent cardiovascular event, or uncontrolled hypertension
  • History of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism
  • Significant liver or kidney disease
  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia with urinary symptoms
  • Baseline labs before starting, including total testosterone, CBC or hematocrit, and PSA where indicated
  • Repeat labs during titration and periodically thereafter
  • Report chest pain, shortness of breath, or leg swelling immediately
  • Injection site soreness
  • Acne or oily skin
  • Fluid retention
  • Rising red blood cell count requiring monitoring
  • Mood or libido changes
  • Testicular shrinkage and reduced fertility
  • Breast tenderness or enlargement
  • Worsening sleep apnea
  • Blood clots

Your dose, schedule, and how long you stay on treatment are set by the prescribing clinician after reviewing your intake, and may differ from any general description here. General information, not medical advice.

Yes. Low testosterone is a laboratory diagnosis, and treatment is not appropriate without it. Your clinician will also want repeat labs while you are on treatment.

Testosterone replacement suppresses your body's own production and reduces sperm count, sometimes lastingly. Tell your clinician if you may want children, because this changes what they recommend.

No. It is prescribed for diagnosed deficiency. A clinician will decline if the picture does not support that diagnosis.
