What members say

Experience of intake, shipping, and care-team follow-up — not a promise of results.

The intake was fast and a real clinician actually reviewed my plan. I never felt like I was filling out a form into a void.

Discreet shipping, clear instructions, and the care team answered every question. Exactly the experience I wanted.
Elena R.·Member · 6 months
I was skeptical about ordering online, but the clinician oversight and no-charge-unless-approved made it feel safe.
Devon K.·Member · 3 months
Follow-up from the portal was straightforward. I knew when to check in instead of guessing when a refill was due.
Priya S.·Member · 5 months
Pricing was on the page before I started. No surprise add-ons at checkout, which is what had put me off other sites.
Jordan M.·Member · 2 months
Messaging the care team about side effects got a real reply, not a chatbot. That is why I stayed.
Alicia W.·Member · 7 months
I liked that the plan price did not change after the clinician set my dose. I knew what I was signing up for.
Chris P.·Member · 4 months
The gym storefront made it feel like part of training, not a random pharmacy tab I would never open again.
Nate H.·Member · 8 months
Eligibility check was free and I was not charged until a clinician prescribed. That removed the last reason to stall.

Why people choose this

No needles

The most common reason people choose this form. A treatment you will actually take beats one you avoid.

Works through your own signalling

Like the injectable, it prompts your own growth hormone release rather than supplying growth hormone directly.

Easy to keep up with

No supplies to manage and nothing to prepare, which tends to help consistency.

Clinician-monitored

A clinician assesses whether this route suits you and reviews it at follow-up.

Results vary. Nothing here is a promise of an outcome or of a prescription.

Good to know

Sermorelin mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone, the signal that tells your pituitary to release growth hormone, so release still follows your body's own feedback loops. A troche dissolves against the inside of your cheek or under your tongue instead of being injected.

Supplied as a compounded medication, which means it is not FDA-approved and has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. How much peptide is absorbed by the oral route is less well characterised than by injection, and evidence in healthy adults is limited.

  • Known allergy or hypersensitivity to Sermorelin or components
  • Active or previous cancer (especially GH-sensitive tumors like breast, prostate, pituitary)
  • Pituitary tumors or history of pituitary disease
  • Diabetes or insulin resistance (monitor blood glucose)
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (not studied in these populations)
  • Children or adolescents (requires bone age monitoring)
  • Thyroid dysfunction (may unmask hypothyroidism)
  • Sleep apnea (may worsen fluid retention)
  • Injection site reactions (redness, swelling)
  • Flushing at injection site
  • Headache (usually mild and transient)
  • Dizziness (rare)
  • Nausea (uncommon)
  • Hyperactivity or restlessness
  • Difficulty sleeping (if taken too late)
  • Joint pain (uncommon)
  • Swelling in hands or feet (rare)
  • Allergic reactions (very rare)

Your dose, schedule, and how long you stay on treatment are set by the prescribing clinician after reviewing your intake, and may differ from any general description here. General information, not medical advice.

Injection delivers peptides more predictably, and oral absorption is less well characterised. Many people still prefer the troche because they will take it consistently. Your clinician can talk through the trade-off.

It dissolves in the mouth rather than being swallowed whole. Your clinician's directions come with your prescription.

A licensed clinician does, after reviewing your intake. Nothing on this page is a prescription or a promise of one, and your plan may look different from any general description here.
